The SCH16T sensor is the only single package 6DoF component with this level of performance and features. The sensor has excellent linearity and offset stability over full temperature and measurement range, allowing centimeter-level accuracy in machine dynamics and position sensing even in harsh environments.


SCH16T series is targeted for applications demanding high stability with tough environmental requirements.
