The nRF54LM20A is part of the nRF54L Series, together with the nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05. All wireless SoCs in the Series integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4 GHz radio and MCU with a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, a comprehensive peripheral set, and scalable memory configuration. The series offers a selection of packages and memory size options with CSP and QFN packages.
Nordic’s proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol radio design, enable ultra-low power consumption, reducing battery size or increasing lifetime.
nRF54LM20A is suitable for products using Bluetooth LE, Channel Sounding introduced in Bluetooth 6.0, Thread, Matter, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols with up to 4 Mbps data rate. In addition, it can run a Wi-Fi stack for the nRF70 Series companion ICs.
The nRF54LM20A is the largest memory option in the series with 2 MB NVM and 512 KB RAM. It features high-speed USB, extended peripheral set and up to 66 GPIOs.
